Structural Consulting Services, P.C. provides high quality, innovative structural engineering services and solutions to architects, owners, developers and contractors throughout the tri-state area and New England. Founded in 2003, by James H. Fahey, PE, SE, Andrew P. McConnell, PE, SE and Alan M. Rosa, PE, our firm’s three principals bring over 45 years of combined structural engineering experience and design expertise to each and every project that comes through the doors of our firm. With our corporate headquarters located in Brookfield, Connecticut, we are a growing structural engineering firm with five structural engineers, one designer and one draftsperson on staff.
Our firm’s current work and past experience covers a broad spectrum of project types including rehabilitation, retrofit and new construction of commercial, educational, institutional, industrial and residential buildings and structures, telecommunication projects, and also specialty structural engineering services for major contractors in New York City and the tri-state area. Our services include design, analysis, investigation and studies, construction administration, peer review and value engineering.
