SCS Welcomes Zen C. Rill – February 2007

Structural Consulting Services, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Zen C. Rill as a Structural Designer to their team in the Brookfield, CT office.  Mr. Rill brings over twelve years of CAD and design experience to SCS and holds an Associate Degree from ITT Technical Institute, Earth City, MO.  Prior to joining SCS, Mr. Rill was a Technician II with Carter Burgess of Dallas, TX, where he was lead Bridge CAD Technician responsible for the management of other Technicians, responsible for project drawing production and coordination, and involved with general structural design and field inspections of bridges, culverts and other structures.  Prior to Cater Burgess, Mr. Zill was a Designer I with MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. of St. Louis, MO, where he was involved with the detailing, design and inspection of bridges and other structures.  We welcome Zen to our firm and value the knowledge and experience that he brings to our team.
