Structural Consulting Services, P.C. provides high quality innovative structural engineering services and solutions to architects, owners, developers and contractors throughout the tri-state area and New England. Founded in 2003, by James H. Fahey, P.E., S.E. and Andrew P. McConnell, P.E., S.E., our firm’s two principals bring over 50 years of combined structural engineering experience and design expertise to each and every project that comes through the doors of our firm. With our corporate headquarters located in Brookfield, Connecticut, we are a growing structural engineering firm with five structural engineers on staff.

SCS has been involved in a broad spectrum of projects including rehabilitation, retrofit and new construction of commercial, educational, institutional, industrial and residential buildings and structures, telecommunications structures, and also specialty structural engineering services for major contractors in New York City. Our services include design, analysis, investigation and studies, construction administration, peer review and value engineering.

Our firm is committed to providing high quality services and cost-effective designs to our clients. Our firm’s three principals are actively involved in all projects and are dedicated to quality, service and client satisfaction from project start through completion. We utilize the latest state of the art structural analysis and design software, electronic document transfer, email and AutoCAD to maximize our efficiency and help provide cost-effective designs and economical solutions for our projects in an expedient manner.
